The Consulting Office (TCO) is an initiative of the Government of Dubai to provide top-tier advisory services to public sector organizations in Dubai, other Emirates and the MENA region. Through its focus on quality of service delivery, capability development and knowledge management, TCO aspires to be a Strategic Partner in Public Sector Innovation.
Besides providing advisory services, TCO focuses on capturing, developing and exporting Dubai’s knowledge and capabilities in the public sector through its intellectual property capturing and commercialisation service.
TCO has a unique alliance based business model. This enables it to leverage a diverse set of capabilities and knowledge to provide relevant advice to our clients.
TCO is owned 100% by the Government of Dubai. It works closely with various Government entities to ensure that it remains aligned with their agenda but is completely independent in its advice, governance and operations.
